  • Message delivery information, such as whether a message was sent, delivered, delayed, or failed.
  • Limited game information needed to provide notifications, such as an invitation, whose turn it is, timer or game status, and game results.

How we use and share information

We use this information to provide the notifications you request, operate Turn Is Yours, troubleshoot delivery, and keep the service safe.

We do not sell or rent mobile numbers or SMS consent information. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share information only with service providers, such as Twilio, when necessary to deliver messages, operate the service, prevent abuse, or comply with the law. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us or meet their legal obligations.

SMS participation and choices

SMS participation is optional. You do not need to agree to text messages to use the core Turn Is Yours game timer.

Message frequency varies according to game activity, up to 100 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no internet service or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting support@turnisyours.com. We may need to verify your request before completing it.
